Seasons + Books | My favourite orange and black covers πŸ–€πŸ§‘

Dear reader,

I tend to associate every thing with colours – moods, places, songs… and obviously seasons. That’s why I decided to start a new series here on my blog where I associate seasons with two colours, and then present you some of my favourite books which have those colours on the covers. I’m always here for beautiful covers because we can’t lie and say we don’t buy some books because of their looks… At least I know I do!

So I’m starting with Autumn (even though November always feels more winter-y to me, but technically it isn’t Winter yet) and I decided to go with orange and black covers, which is super Halloween-y and spooky but also super cosy, just like fall!

And that’s all!

What would be your favourite black or orange covers? I want to see all the beautiful books!

Love always,

Clara

  1. I’m so happy to see The Priory of The Orange Tree on this list, because it might be one of my favourite covers ever, it’s truly stunning β™₯ And to go with a black cover, I love the Ninth House cover. I have yet to read the book (I will though!) and at first I wasn’t sure about the cover. With time, I started to appreciate its simplicity and I feel like it gives a good idea of the atmosphere of the story. We’ll see if I’m wrong though, because I might be haha

  2. I’ve tried to read Priory before but idk, maybe because it was exam season, it felt too big and massive for me at the moment … And I’ve been intimidated by it ever since. I really wanna read I was born for this tho!! ❀
