June was, as always, a good month. It meant the end of lockdown for everyone in France, so I got to see my friends again and to spend some time in Paris (while social distancing and still being extra careful). It also meant the end of the school year, so I got the say goodbye to my students and I learned that I’ll now have a permanent job in my school forever, which was the best news ever. Finally it meant the start of summer vacations and though they’re different this year because of COVID-19 and lots of my plans have been cancelled, I am still ready to enjoy this break as best and as safe as I can.

May has been a weird month. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still completely fine and I celebrated being anxiety and depression free for six months now. The thing is that because of my 30 books in 30 days challenge in April I was in a total reading slump and it was hard to get out of it. Also lots of responsibilities came back, some bad adult news, the lockdown was over and I had to get back to work at the end of May… This month was all over the place, but at least I made it out alive and I’m still as happy as ever.

April has been a long month. It’s been filled with a lot of happy moments, as usual, but also some down times which, however, never made me go back to my depression or anxiety. Overall it was a normal month considering we currently live in an apocalyptic scenario.
