Once again the O.W.L.s readathon was a total success and way too much fun. For the first time I even vlogged it all, which made the experience even more unique, and I’ll be eager in the future to relive it.
Anyway, it’s time to properly wrap-up the O.W.L.s readathon 2020!

Over the past few months you have been a lot to comment on my aesthetic blog posts and I cannot thank you enough for it. Your words mean a lot! Because of it I’ve been meaning to write more blog posts like those, and that’s what I’ll do today.

I have never been a huge fan of merchandising. For me to buy anything related to any fandoms I was in it needed to be discreet and simple. It still hasn’t changed, and I am now even more difficult when it comes to buy merchandising, especially for bookish one. However I do have a few favourite shops which I know I love everything they create and will always support them.
Without further ado here are my favourite bookish brands!

In 2019 I started a new recommendation series where I recommend you different types of books for each seasons, usually in three different blog posts. Last year I therefor recommend you contemporary books, fantasy books and classics for summer, books with a cosy mood, a spooky mood and an academic mood for autumn, and books to read on a snow day, to feel joyful and to read more classics for winter.
Obviously I am now back with three contemporary novels to read this Spring!

March has been a good month when it comes to myself, but a weird one when it comes to the world. Like many other countries, France is currently in lockdown and have been for more than two weeks. As a teacher I am now asked to work from home. It has been stressful at first, I needed a full weekend to fully comprehend what was happening and what it meant for myself and my family, but in the end I am okay. I developed a new routine, I found out I can teach online and I have been doing new things, such as working out. Overall it has been a great month, and I’m thankful no one in my family is sick.
Anyway, let‘s wrap-up this weird month of March!

I have always been able to listen to music while reading. To be honest, it has never occurred to me that I could ever be bothered by it. There are some things I can’t listen to while reading, such as Hamilton because I’ll usually only want to focus on it, but otherwise anything in my ears is okay, no matter the ambiance it creates. However, I do that when I’m outside, so when I’m at home I don’t usually put music on.
Last year I discovered the joy of ASMR rooms and it changed my reading life forever. That’s why I wanted to tell you all about my favourite ASMR sounds to play while reading!
