Dear reader,

Now that December started I can finally post all my wintery and christmassy blog posts, though it is not winter yet. I always adored this time of year and end up being even cheesier than I usually am.

To kick off the jolly season, let me start by presenting you five books on my wish list which would be perfect for the month!

By the time I’m writing this I already read it, but it was still on my wish list when I started to think about this blog post! I bought this one on my Kindle a year ago now and am so glad I finally read it. I don’t usually read a lot of Christmassy books but I wanted to change that this year, so this one was a great start. (gave it 3/5 stars)

I’ve been meaning to read this one ever since it came out… but still haven’t, which is a shame because it’s a children book so it shouldn’t take me too long to go through. I’ll definitely pick it up this year! I mean, how couldn’t I knowing it’s written by the one and only Tom Fletcher?

β₯Β Joe and Clara’s Christmas Countdown by Katey Lovell

To be honest I only want to pick this one up because there’s my name in the title. I barely ever read books with characters who are named Clara, plus it has some good reviews on Goodreads so… Let’s do this!

β₯Β Carols and Chaos by Cindy Antsey

I love the cover, it seems to be historical… and that’s all I need, really. This one has more mixed reviews online but I still want to give it a go. Maybe I’ll find some things to love! After all reading is very subjective.

β₯Β The Happy Prince by Oscar Wilde

I saw this one on an Instagram story and it had a very wintery cover because there was snow on it, but reading the synopsis it doesn’t seem that wintery at all. Well, I still want to try and read it because you can never go wrong with Oscar Wilde, right?

And that’s it! I never seem to find many Christmassy books that appeal to me, but I really want to give those ones a try.

Have you read any of those? What do you want to read this Winter?

Love always,

Clara
