Five books I’m thankful for, in aesthetics 🍁

Dear reader,

I am not American nor Canadian, and therefor I do not celebrate Thanksgiving. But as I am only talking with English speaking bookworms, I have been seeing this holiday everywhere and thought I, too, could write a little bit of something for it.

This is why I am giving you today five books I’m thankful for!

All the images for the aesthetics have been found on Pinterest.

I read all those books while I was feeling bad, either fighting my depression or personal issues. They all made me feel less alone and they all made me feel loved. I’ll forever be grateful for everything they gave me over the years, and especially when I first read them.

 Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky

 Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

 Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling

 Renegades by Marissa Meyer

And that’s it!

What books are you thankful for?

Love always,

Clara

  1. I love this post. My heart swelled when I saw Harry Potter and the pictures you chose. I didn’t read the series until I was a senior in high school (17 years old) but it came into my life at the perfect time. I time when I needed to be reminded that magic does exist. It always makes me feel less alone and incredibly loved as well.

  2. i do not celebrate thanksgiving either, but i love thinking about books i’m thankful for. i have a long list of books that even though i don’t love anymore these days, i’m still thankful for, because without them, i’d have never gotten into YA or the online bookish fandom in general. so i think my list of books i love and books i’m thankful for would be slightly different and i think that’s really nice.
your aesthetics are sooooo beautiful! i love them 😍

  3. This was lovely, and the aesthetics look sooo good, Clara!! ❤
I haven't read Renegades but I have been hearing a lot of good opinions and I might add it to my TBR 😛 The Perks of Being a Wallflower was the first book I read in English, so even though it's been years ago already, I'll always remember it. And I adore everything Cassandra Clare writes. Unfortunately, I'm a lot behind on her books, but hopefully, I'll catch up soon enough. I loved Lady Midnight so I wanna see what else I'll see next 😛
